1.1m x 1.1m Fire Blanket

Perfect for small home and office kitchens, the 1m x 1m fire blanket ensures you’re able to tackle a small pan fire safely and quickly but is also suitable for clothing fires too. Supplied in a wipe-clean, soft-pouch case, it’s complete with an eyelet for wall hanging and has printed instructions which are easy to follow.

The 1m x 1m Vigil fire blanket is suitable for fires involving cooking fats and oils up to 3 litres and comes with a 5-year warranty. Larger fire blankets are available for commercial use.

Secured within the pouch using Velcro fastening, the fire blanket is easily released by simply pulling the tabs down. To use, unfold the blanket and then carefully place the blanket over the flames by holding the pull tabs. The small fire blanket works by smothering the fire and cutting out oxygen so it can burn itself out and prevent the fire from spreading.
